We supply Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Blocks. Our blocks will provide the trusted lightweight walling solution you need.
Autoclaved Aerated Concrete blocks (AAC Blocks), which are also commonly known as Aerated Lightweight Concrete blocks (ALC Blocks) are common masonry blocks used in construction of a wall. AAC is a lightweight material composed of silica sand, gypsum, lime and cement. They are manufactured with advance machine and technology which uses heat and pressure method known as autoclaving to cure. AAC Blocks are generically lightweight due to the aeration process in the concrete during production allowing it to achieve a density of 480kg/m3.
There are several advantages to AAC material such as, thermal insulation, extreme fire resistances, high compressive strength and lightweight. Our AAC Blocks has a suite of certification and accreditation from local test laboratory.

Lightweight
AAC blocks has a net dry density is up to 3 times lighter than traditional concrete building materials. This in turn translate to easier handling and transportation during installation of the material. Furthermore, the lightweight of AAC blocks means there may be cost savings from the reduction in structural and foundational requirements for high-rise buildings.
Ecofriendly
AAC blocks is manufactured from inorganic material, such that it is free from allergenic substance and toxic substance. The lower consumption of raw materials due to aeration during the manufacturing process also contribute to the environment. Furthermore, waste and materials from the manufacturing process can be recycled during the entire process.
Fire Resistant
AAC Block is non-combustible and has excellent fire rating properties. It is 4 hours fire rated and is suitable for fire-rated applications. The porous property of the material also makes it heat up significantly longer and slower compared to other masonry materials.
Thermal Comfort & Energy Saving
AAC block has excellent thermal insulation quality, the inherit material makes it a superior choice as an insulation material due to its thermal resistances properties. It takes less energy to cool or heat up the material which make it a smarter choice to meet stringent eco building requirements.
Sound Resistant
The robustness and porous properties of the AAC blocks acts as a sound insulation and absorption barrier that is able to deliver excellent performance in sound and acoustic insulation.
